The draft bill for the Digital Act (DigiG) from the Ministry of Health includes the introduction of performance-based price components for remuneration amounts for DiGAs in accordance with Section 134 (1) of the German Health Insurance Act (DiGA). 1 sentence 1 SGB V. in its statement of 01.08. the German Association for Digital Healthcare (SVDGV) rejects the draft in this form. On this and other points (including the idea of an obligation for manufacturers to lend end devices to patients, a reimbursement-free trial period for DiGAs, remuneration for telemonitoring), the association is making substantial proposals for improvement as the voice of eHealth providers.
