The manufacturers of the DiGA Endo app (for endometriosis or adenomyosis) conducted a survey of 3,000 users to find out how long they had to wait for the activation code from their health insurance provider. Their experiences with 16 different insurers show that the processing times for issuing the activation codes are handled strikingly differently by the insurers. Endo Health GmbH has also set up a support team to assist insured persons in the event of excessively long waiting times.
