Remote party
Happy 9th fluidbirthday said Christoph to Thomas and Thomas to Christoph. Not much more was possible live. After we didn’t celebrate live together last year because of Corona, this year we were able to draw on our experience of organizing cool remote parties.
As always, our Feelgood Manager Tom will provide suitable drinks and snacks. The birthday catering package is richly stocked with different types of beer, good wine and an optional long drink kit to mix yourself, as well as a variety of potato chips and pretzel sticks.
All the delicacies are packed in a fluid canvas bag (limited edition) – designed and printed on our in-house screen printing machine by our UX designer and delivered to the Karlsruhe fluids by Tom with mask and distance. The non-local fluids were pleased to receive the corresponding mail.
Five o’clock in the afternoon
The anticipation of the festivities is growing – even among our bosses. And helium balloons rise out of the box. Toasting with sparkling wine is a must, but because of Corona only in the smallest circle and with plenty of distance in the fluid courtyard.
The party starts together at the digital bar in a room created especially for us at Gather Town. After the toast, the games are on! Some immerse themselves in Battle Tetris or play Skribbl.io, fishbowl and Codemaster to much laughter, while others search for the hidden poker table.
The stakes involved will probably remain a secret. But one thing is certain: this birthday was also great fun for us remotely! Live events will soon be possible again – hopefully before fluid’s tenth anniversary… Until then, we raise our glasses to many more exciting years of fluidmobile!
