Welcome to the fluidfamily, Philipp Adrian Charles!

He has the Karlsruhe trade fair Bonding to thank for the fact that he ended up at fluid. But Philipp thinks this can’t be a coincidence: “My whole family works in medical-related professions. I, on the other hand, want to be an iOS developer, that’s why I’m studying International IT Business. Now the internship at fluidmobile has worked out – and what can I say, I’ve almost inevitably arrived back in the medical context for app development.”

Philipp (24 years old) has been a member of the fluidfamily since April. His plans for the summer? More afterworks at fluidmobile, taking the tent to Rock am Ring again – and getting to know the Das Fest festival in Karlsruhe.

fluid questionnaire

His secret trademark: He doesn’t look like a nerd. But he is one. O-Ton Philipp! He reveals what he could talk about for hours in the popular fluid questionnaire.

What did you want to be when you were 10?

Astronaut.

Where does sustainability shape your actions?

I try to use public transport to get to work as often as possible.

What’s the best thing about working from home – and what’s the best thing about the office?

The best thing about the office is eating together and exchanging ideas with the other fluids. I haven’t been to the home office that often yet.

Does caffeine play any role in your everyday life?

Not any more.

Master of order or tamer of chaos?

I always try to create a certain order. The chaos just intrudes from time to time.

Can you think of an example from everyday life where you are still annoyed by the poor user experience?

Yes – on my old laptop, the camera was in the keyboard. This has led to a very strange picture.

What’s on your dessert?

Tiramisu.

What topic could you talk about for hours?

Software development and philosophy.

And who could you listen to for hours?

Paul Hudson.

Welcome to the team, Philipp!
