I’ve been on board since 01.02.2022. As a Key Account/Product Owner in our iOS team, I am responsible for sprint planning and content as well as communication with our clients.
I love the diversity of my range of tasks. I can bring in aspects of the Scrum Master, the Product Owner and the Key Account. I have the feeling that I can contribute and expand my knowledge optimally here and create a product that really helps people.
I’ll start with the first few days: Of course, everything was new: faces, processes, the tasks. Also the opportunity to finally work with colleagues on site again – because I had previously been working from home for almost a year due to coronavirus. I can now see the challenges more clearly and I enjoy getting involved and trying out new topics.
The perfect day likes to start early, with appropriate rest and the opportunity to plan the day. If I’m served a croissant and a latte with it, I’m in 7th heaven 🙂
I can do both – currently and especially during my induction, I’m part of the “Office” team and enjoy being able to concentrate on my work and getting to know my colleagues and processes without any interruptions.
I am a friend of black humor. Accordingly, it always works well with movie quotes, articles from the Postillon or – if all else fails – I watch the scene from “Hot Rod” in which the main character falls down a mountain for what feels like 10 minutes. That always works.
Against the backdrop of current events in Ukraine, this would be my first thought: I would like to stop any aggression against others. With a twinkle in my eye I think of various pageants where the greatest wish is always “world peace”…but in fact everything else fades into the background before the current events…
The first few days I came by car – including the search for a parking space and traffic chaos. I then found a great route along the Alb by bike, which I now enjoy every day. And I’m pleased that I get a lot of exercise as a result.
I was employed as a school reporter in my home town – so I wrote articles there and also took photos. Back then I used an SLR camera and Ilford films, which I also developed and exposed myself.
I am enthusiastic about things and processes that are simply “round”. When I can see that someone has really thought about it and the product or process takes all eventualities into account and it simply feels “good”. In other words: If I have to type in a given password that contains an “I” or an “O”, I might freak out.
