One-off set-up fee
The set-up fee includes the integration of content for your project from product development to release. The cost depends on the specific requirements and is therefore calculated individually.
Monthly license fee
The monthly license fee (minimum term 12 months) is due from the release of the product and includes:
- Product development CE-ready according to ISO 13485
- Release management
- Hosting according to ISO 27001

Cost efficiency is a key feature of the mHealth Suite platform solution. A one-off set-up fee is charged for the integration of your specific content, while product development, hosting and maintenance management are covered by a monthly license fee. Yes, the license fee is due from the release of the mHealth Suite product. The minimum term is twelve months. These first twelve months are payable in total, after which the payment method changes to monthly direct debit.
The license fee for our mHealth Suite covers a wide range of services, except for certain vendor obligations that we cannot fulfill. These include:
- Development costs: The initial development of the product is included, provided that it does not require any very special components that go beyond our existing offerings.
- Maintenance and updates for apps and servers: Constant updates ensure the latest technical standards and security requirements.
- Hosting and operating servers: ensuring high availability, security and optimum performance of your applications.
- Compliance costs: Support with compliance with BSI TR-03161, data protection criteria for digital health applications, and implementation of GDPR processes.
- Monitoring and adjustments for MDR and DiGAV: Ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Technical support: Includes third-level and essential parts of second-level support.
- Further development costs: Includes adjustments to content and the optimization of the patient approach through to the possible expansion of the therapy concept.
We can enable our own hosting, which is necessary for compliance reasons, but this would involve significant additional costs as we would have to set up and operate an additional cluster.
At the start of the project, individual consulting services are required to create the concept and the project setup. In addition, the projects and documentation pipelines must be created in the mHealth Suite. The set-up fee is intended to cover these expenses.

The innovative approach of the infrastructure platform consists of a combined system of indication-agnostic software and individual tailoring of the digital product. This means that product development can start as soon as the functionalities have been defined. The content can be finalized and prepared for handover in parallel with development.
Our expectation of you is to provide all the necessary medical and regulatory information required for content creation. We guide you through our efficient and flexible development process.
All mHealth Suite products have standard-compliant technical documentation, regardless of whether they are classified as lifestyle products or medical devices. We even carry out a risk assessment for products that are classified as lifestyle products and therefore have no medical purpose. The existence of the risk assessment and the technical documentation compliant with the standard should be sufficient to minimize legal risks. If subsequent approval as a medical device is required, we can obtain this within a few weeks.
Yes, we offer certification and external placing on the market as additional consulting services.
You. The combination product that results from our platform and includes your individual therapy concepts and medical content is uniquely configured. You are entitled to the exclusive rights of use for this specific product. While the mHealth Suite as such and its underlying technologies remain our property, we recognize that the specific content and concepts you contribute are your intellectual property.
Product development can start immediately once the therapy concept and the functionalities to be derived from it have been defined. The content can be finalized and prepared for handover in parallel with development. If required, we offer to support you in creating and/or finalizing the content for integration.
In special cases, an individual development that includes a highly specialized application concept may be more suitable. If the communication concept, behavioral therapy approaches or a special user interface are supposed to make the difference, then yes. However, such a special approach also entails risks. In contrast, the mHealth Suite aims to continuously develop and optimize patient contact and communication. Our platform structure enables us to perform large-scale, GDPR-compliant and anonymized analyses that contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience. This provides a robust foundation that both effectively addresses patient needs and minimizes the risks associated with less proven, highly specialized solutions.
